Subscriptions
Plans are billed in advance. Cancel and your store stays on the plan until the end of the period you have paid for; we do not pro-rate the unused part.
The trial
The trial is free and needs no card. Nothing is charged unless you choose a plan.
If something is wrong
If the service was unusable for a meaningful stretch and it was our fault, write in. We would rather sort it out than argue about it.
Your customers
Refunds to shoppers are between them and the merchant they bought from. Record the refund on the order and move the money in your payment provider’s own dashboard.
